Delivery Times

Available products ordered before 12:00 are dispatched on the same day and are generally with German based customers within 1 to 3 days and with customers outwith Germany within one week. Many of our products are ready for immediate delivery in their standard form: special requests and individually configured products, however, need to be ordered from the producer. As a general rule, such orders are delivered with 3-6 weeks - after your order has been confirmed we will advise of the expected delivery date and keep you informed of any changes.


Delivery costs

Deliveries within Germany are always free. For destinations outwith Germany please refer to the following table:

* All shipments to Switzerland and Norway are sent tax free and exclusive German VAT. The delivery charges levied only cover the actual delivery. Any applicable customs charges and taxes are not included. These are calculated by the local customs authorities according to the nature of the goods and their size and weight and must be paid directly to the local tax authority upon receipt. An import duty is generally not charged as our products are classed as preferential goods of European origin.


Our Logistic Partners

Depending on size of the order and destination, (smow) orders are dispatched with either DHL or one of our courier services.
Deliveries through courier services generally take place Monday to Friday, normal office hours.

DHL Packet

  • Deliver normally within 1-2 working days in Germany and Austria, ca. 3-5 days for the rest of Europe. Island (Mallorca, Ibiza, Cyclades) ca. 1 week
  • Tracking
  • Deliveries insured up to Euro 500 per packet
  • Not always at home? Should you not be present when DHL call the delivery will either be left with a neighbour or taken to your nearest post office from where you can collect it.



Freight Delivery Standard

  • Advance telephone call to confirm delivery time/date
  • Delivery time normally 2-3 working days in Germany, outside Germany ca. 1 week
  • Free: for exception please see table above

Delivery is to the delivery address, also known "delivery to kerb". Carrying of items to the final location within a building and disposal of packing is NOT included.





Receipt of Goods

Please check all goods carefully upon receipt and report any defects or damage to the responsible carrier. Please also send us a copy of the report.
