The Kaiser Idell floor lamp 6556-F by Christian Dell is the big sister of the 6556-T Table Lamp. Since 2010 the Danish designer furniture manufacturer Fritz Hansen has produced the Bauhaus classic from 1931, and which since its reintroduction has proved increasingly popular in living areas and workplaces. The lamp is known as 'Kaiser' because they were initially produced by Gebrüder Kaiser & Co in collaboration with Christian Dell. The portmanteau 'idell' is composed of the word 'idea' and the last name of the designer..... Dell.
