As a specialist in blower and compressor technology, the company AERZEN stands for innovation, technical precision and sustainable solutions for the future. The new building in Emmerthal was constructed for the sales company AERZEN Deutschland, providing the 60 employees at the site with a modern and forward-looking working environment.
The new building in Emmerthal provides staff with a modern and forward-looking working environment that has been designed from the ground up.
In addition to functional workspaces, meeting rooms, a spacious lounge area and an outdoor area have been created. Custom-designed storage solutions, discreetly integrated printing stations and prestigious executive offices round off the concept. Greenery brings a natural atmosphere to the spaces and promotes well-being in the day-to-day working environment.
The challenge was to integrate a large number of workstations into the space in a clearly structured and efficient manner, without compromising on quality. Requirements relating to function, usage and atmosphere had to be sensibly coordinated. At the same time, the aim was to develop a coherent overall concept that provides guidance, conveys a sense of identity and creates a modern, pleasant working environment for staff.
A holistic working environment has been created for AERZEN Germany, combining ergonomics, functionality and design. Height-adjustable desks and user-oriented storage solutions form the basis of the workstations. The spacious kitchen area provides space for breaks and socialising and can be flexibly used for events. Meeting rooms, kitchenettes and an outdoor area encourage informal communication. Acoustic modules improve the quality of the space and create a pleasant working environment within open-plan layouts.
