Brief
Creating incentives - that is the core of incentive marketing and around which everything at cadooz GmbH in Hamburg and Munich revolves. But how does a company, whose daily business is employee motivation and customer loyalty, manage to create precisely these incentives with its own company location, create a space which has an equally attractive effect on employees and external parties? Quite simply – it does what its customers would do and commissions experts who know the laws of marketing and can also transfer them to the offices of the incentive experts for the concept and implementation.
For the furnishing experts from smow Hamburg, the main challenge was to create spaces in which the agile company processes can be adapted to future changes. In addition, the cadooz corporate design of the company should be taken into account in the new furnishing concept.

Realisation
Being close to the customer and knowing their wishes and needs are basic requirements in marketing - whether in advertising communication and psychology or in product development. smow followed exactly this principle in the implementation of the project.
Participating in construction meetings to clarify topics such as fire protection and safety standards, as well as the interfaces between landlord and tenant fit-out was on the agenda of the smow team. Always with an eye on the overall concept, the project was finally realized in two construction phases.
Together with the client smow developed the design of the future open spaces with flexible work options, the meeting rooms and the cafeteria. Appointments were organized in the showrooms of smow and at the carpet manufacturer Object Carpet to select the furniture and textiles, and a unique company carpet was thereby created for the best possible implementation of the corporate design. Individual carpentry work was implemented in close cooperation with Möbelwerft's talented and experienced workforce.
Project Synopsis
Perfect working conditions are one of the contemporary incentives that attract and bind employees to a company. Naturally an agency for incentive marketing is aware of this and has articulated this understanding in their new office. After all, not only the company website is the business card of a company.
An office has been created for cadooz GmbH that offers incentives for efficient, structured but also creative work. These include, for example, the open spaces, in which no brainstorming session is likely to remain unsuccessful. Advice and exchange is possible here both together with the whole team and in smaller groups. Fixed work islands structurally enable a smooth everyday office life, while the break area with many plants and beautiful light invites you to relax and has a wonderfully refreshing effect. The loungy furniture in combination with the carpet creations also creates a cozy atmosphere.
With a lot of trust in the creativity and competence of the smow planning team an office was created in two construction phases, which represents the agency in its own corporate design and responds to all the needs of the employees. The cooperation between smow Hamburg and cadooz was structured so as to be solution-oriented and flexible, and key to its success was without question the intensive communication throughout the entire project, the successful conclusion of which was celebrated with a joint lunch. Incentives at their best!
