The CH26 dining chair is manufactured by Carl Hansen & Søn according re-discovered original drawings of the designer Hans J. Wegner from the year 1950. Hans J. Wegner's stylistic handwriting is also clearly recognizable in the CH26 in the organic forms, light wood tones, distinctive backrest, and plaited seat. Like Wegner's CH22 lounge chair, the CH26 also features an ergonomically shaped seat and the characteristic sweeping shape of the armrests.
