The Halten side table is a contribution of German star designer Sebastian Herkner to the product range of the Danish manufacturer &Tradition. His characteristic signature is recognizable at first glance with the use of the artfully designed smoke-cast glass in combination with steel, while the practical use and the generally reserved design language fit elegantly into the Scandinavians' portfolio.

| Manufacturing | Table Top: Marble is cut and polished to satin finish. Glass is poured into a mould and cured for 24 hours. The edges of both versions are then sanded smooth and provided with the hole for the frame. Frame: The steel is bent by machine and then welded. The steel frame is subsequently sanded and powder-coated or hand-polished, provided with rubber pads and combined with the plate. |
