A real collector's item: issued by the Eames Office and the skateboard brand Globe, the Eames Lounge Skateboard is being released this year as a special limited edition of 56 pieces. Made from rosewood and decorated with the characteristic rails of the Eames Lounge Chair from 1956, the boards are a real eye-catcher.

| Function & Properties | From the Palisander to the aluminium rails and the leather on the top of the board, the design elements are based on the iconic Eames Lounge Chair by Charles and Ray Eames. As a tribute to their legacy, "Eames Office x Globe" metal plaques are embedded in the board. A total of 56 boards will be produced, five of which will be offered for sale through smow as the exclusive distribution partner for Europe. The boards are numbered. |
