Why can the light not be switched on after unpacking?
The portable lights from Louis Poulsen are supplied in transport mode to protect the batteries. Transport mode must be deactivated for initial start-up. To do this, connect the light to the mains using the USB-C cable supplied. Make sure that at least 1.5 A is available. Then touch the ON/OFF/DIM switch on the top of the light. The status indicator (next to the USB port) should now light up and start pulsing. The light flashes twice and is now no longer in transport mode. If this process is not successful, please check the cable and mains adapter used for suitability.
