| Warranty | IMPORTANT: This product requires on-site assembly by the customer. We expressly recommend following the provided instructions to ensure safe and proper assembly. If you have any concerns please contact us in advance or hire a qualified technician. Before assembling the delivered goods should be inspected for damage, and any pre-existing damage should be reported to our customer service. Should damage occur during self-assembly by the customer the burden of proof lies with the customer to demonstrate that the damage was not due to improper assembly and/or previous damage to the existing unit. The warranty is precluded if damage was caused by the customer's own negligence or by disregarding the technical construction rules, recommended tools, or safety measures documented in the assembly instructions. |
