The ID Chair Concept, an office swivel chair collection developed by the Swiss manufacturer Vitra, is a response to the demanding conditions of the modern office and for all the necessity of providing seating solutions which combine aesthetics, functionality and economy in context of the employee and the employer. Created by the Italian designer Antonio Citterio the Vitra ID office chair collection is designed to allow a maximum of individualisation and sitting comfort. Something which is particularly striking in the case of the high back of the ID Trim L, a feature which even in a deep recline ensures pleasant sitting comfort. The Vitra ID Trim L is available with a choice of movement mechanisms: a FlowMotion version without forward tilt with seat depth adjustment; a FlowMotion version without seat depth adjustment; or a ProMatic version without seat depth adjustment. The ProMatic mechanism adapts to the weight of the individual user and is thus ideal for situations where numerous users are required to use the chairs for short or medium periods such as in highly active and mobile working environments or team meeting rooms. The FlowMotion mechanism features numerous functions which can be individually adjusted according to the user's specific requirements, thus the FlowMotion versions can be considered the "classic" office chair type where one user uses the chair, often for prolonged periods. The ID Trim L Vitra is, as with all other members of the ID Chair Concepts, available with a range of armrests and in a wide selection of colours and materials. Thus the Vitra ID Chair is responsive to the wishes of companies and workers and consequently the perfect office chair for contemporary office environments of all types and sizes.
