Team Form AG was founded in 1964 by designers Franz Hero and Karl Odermatt in Hinwil in the Zurich Oberland. Since 1982, the studio has been based in a converted former spinning mill dating back to 1832 - a place that today symbolises the combination of industrial tradition and creative innovation.

For Team Form AG, good design means more than just a beautiful shape: A piece of furniture is only perfect when aesthetics, technology and practicality are seamlessly combined in everyday use. An outstanding example of this philosophy is the Trio seating programme, which was developed in 1972 for Cor was designed. With its elementary design language and pioneering modularity, it revolutionised the understanding of living landscapes and is now - more than ever - considered an icon of modern design.

For decades, the studio worked for renowned manufacturers such as Interlübke, Cor, Ronald Schmitt, Kusch + Co and Walter Knoll. Team Form AG's designs utilise technological possibilities intelligently and create products of long-term value. Sustainability and a clear design approach are not seen as fleeting trends, but as a well-founded part of a Swiss design tradition that combines functionality, precision and timeless aesthetics.
