Lars Tornøe

From his design studio in Stavanger, Norway, Lars Tornøe devotes himself to furniture and general product design, collaborating with various clients in Northern Europe. Among his realised projects one finds, for example, the clothes hook Dots for the Danish label Muuto. Tornøe graduated from the National Academy of Arts and Design in Bergen in 2006, and in the same year began his professional career with the founding of the design collaboration Tveit & Tornøe, which was active for four successful years. Lars Tornøe is now working solo on projects and his works have been shown in numerous international exhibitions and have been awarded numerous prizes.
