The Steamer deck chair is a creation of the Skagerak collection design team. Functionality and comfort are expressed in the form of a durable teak wood construction whose integrated footrest can be easily moved with just one movement. | Care | Teak: Wipe teak with damp cloth, and if necessary, a little teak oil. To prolong the furniture's lifespan, the manufacturer recommend cleaning it at least once a year. This will remove algae and dirt and make your furniture more resistant in all weathers, all year round. Read the manufacturer's cleaning guide for outdoor furniture here. As the teak furniture is untreated, the surface will patinate over time and eventually turn into a beautiful silvery grey colour. This beautifully patinated look does not affect the durability or quality of your furniture. If you wish to preserve or intensify the original honey-golden colour, use a suitable furniture oil on a regular basis. No matter what you choose, the wood will be resistant to everyday wind and weather thanks to the high content of natural oils. Read the manufacturer's guide to applying an oil treatment here. Cushions: Wipe the fabric with a firmly wrung cloth. In case of more obstinate stains, remove the upholstery and machine wash it at 30° C. If the upholstery is not removable, the textile must only be washed with a wrung cloth. |
