The engaging, iconic design of the Carronade High floor lamp from Le Klint is created from an abundance of geometric and organic shapes, a clever mix of materials and a frame that is reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower. The possibility of using the lampshade to determine the direction of the light also reveals the designer Markus Johansson's source of inspiration, which lay in the ship's cannons of the 17th century. The designer masters the projection into a modern, Scandinavian luminaire design with flying colours.
