You have decided on an original from Vitra? Excellent choice! Vitra products are durable, stable in value and can be passed on from generation to generation: highest quality standards which enable Vitra to grant an extended manufacturer's warranty of up to 30 years on selected design classics. To qualify for the extended warranty, the following conditions must be met:
• Purchase after September 1st 2020
• The product was purchased from a certified Vitra dealer
• The product is applicable for extended warranty
• Registration of the product within three months of the date of purchase

How does the registration for the Vitra manufacturer warranty scheme work?

Where can I find the product ID number I need for registration?
With every purchase you receive a product leaflet with a sticker on which is printed the product ID. Each product ID is only assigned once. Please note that each product can only be registered once.
I have not kept the proof of purchase, do I need it for registration?
Yes, you need the proof of purchase or the invoice from your Vitra dealer.
Can I still register my Vitra furniture after the three-month period has expired?
Registration must take place within three months of purchase. If you have exceeded the deadline, you can upload the proof of purchase and a photo of the product on the registration page using the "I can't do either of the methods" option. Your details will then be checked individually.
