Richard Lampert – Furniture Classics and Contemporary Designs with Added Value

The finely tuned collection of Stuttgart-based furniture manufacturer Richard Lampert consists of durable, freely combinable individual pieces and product families. Characterized by boldness and a special eye for good, long-lasting design the range extends from reissued design classics to unconventional, contemporary furniture. A diverse portfolio unified by soul and authenticity – designed with aesthetic sensitivity and a focus on the essentials. Richard Lampert furniture is suitable for indoors and outdoors, as well as for private living spaces and commercial properties.

Since its founding in 1993 Richard Lampert has placed great emphasis on a distinctive design language, a focus that allows the products to remain contemporary and enjoyable even after years of use – it is furniture and home accessories that tell stories. Be that newly commissioned objects such as the Bazar coat rack, the Mono step stool & the OneTwo mirror by Steffen Kehrle, Tie-Break by Bertjan Pot, or the Salto paper furniture by Tilla Goldberg or rediscoveries of (almost) forgotten designs by Egon Eiermann (such as the Eiermann shelf and the E10 and E14 rattan seating), Herbert Hirche (the DHS10 shelf and the Hirche bar trolley), and Paul Schneider-Esleben.

Each of these products is created in constant dialogue with the designers or, in the case of new editions, in consultation with the families of the respective designers. Richard Lampert's furniture and accessories are meticulously reviewed for market readiness, production optimization, and the use of resources and materials. Furthermore, Richard Lampert manufactures most of his products in Germany. The portfolio therefore includes furniture classics and contemporary designs such as the Eiermann tables and the H57 armchair by Herbert Hirche. These are continually reviewed and further developed to cleverly combine new technologies and materials with beloved icons and contemporary everyday companions.

Eiermann Tables - Design Classics and Variations

The most famous pieces of furniture from Richard Lampert's portfolio are without question the Eiermann Tables, although the Eiermann 1 table frame, in which the cross braces were originally welded firmly to the frame parts, is the only one for which the architect Egon Eiermann was personally responsible.

After the original design had become long forgotten Richard Lampert acquired the exclusive licenses from the Eiermann family in 1995. Since then, the Eiermann table, also known as the architect's table, has been regularly developed and is now available in various variations of the original.

Although Egon Eiermann's interest at the time was limited to the characteristic base, Richard Lampert offers numerous matching tabletops and additional Accessories to complete the Eiermann table, such as drawers, castors, or a table height extension. In addition to its function as a desk in the home office or studio the Eiermann design classic is also ideal as furniture in the project sector.

Richard Lampert Designer Furniture for Children's Rooms

A child's room has to do a lot: It's a playground, a place of retreat and a learning environment all in one. With Richard Lampert's high-quality children's furniture it also becomes a stylish space that stands out clearly from conventionally furnished children's rooms. The sophisticated, ergonomic design not only supports your child's healthy development, for example, when painting, playing, or doing their first homework, but also fosters an early sense of aesthetics and quality.

The furniture pieces, which grow with your child and can be flexibly adapted to different age groups, are particularly practical. The range extends from changing tables and clever storage solutions to height-adjustable desks and child-friendly swivel chairs. A highlight is the colourful Famille Garage Collection by Alexander Seifried: It not only brings a cheerful mood to the room, but even makes tidying up a breeze. Anyone who furnishes a child's room with furniture from Richard Lampert creates an environment in which design and everyday life harmoniously combine right from the start.
